We are excited to showcase a diverse range of research through our daily poster sessions. To ensure a smooth experience for all presenters and attendees, please adhere to the following schedule and requirements:
Poster viewing sessions will take place on Thursday and Friday.

All posters will be displayed on designated poster boards in the Poster Area. You will be receiving your Poster Number beginning of May: this number will indicate the location and board number of your poster within the poster area. Posters will be grouped by poster numbers within their submission categories.
Designated abstract presenters are required to be present at their poster during the official poster viewing times to engage with attendees and discuss their work.
Please adhere to the following schedule:
Kindly ensure that your poster is mounted and removed within these timeframes.
Mounting material (double-sided tap) will be provided on site at the Poster Desk (we kindly ask you not to use your own poster mounting material)
Please make sure to remove your poster within the noted dismantling timeframe.
Posters left after the dismantling period may not be stored.
We recommend using the official template created by PosterSessionOnline.
Size: A0 (84 cm × 119 cm)
Please make sure to have the Poster Number visibly displayed on your poster* (this new poster number will be sent to all poster presenters by end of April).
*On the official poster template – there is a reserved spot for the poster number in the upper right-hand corner.
In collaboration with our official poster platform partner, PosterSessionOnline, we are pleased to offer a convenient poster printing service with on-site delivery:
You can prepare, print, and have your poster delivered directly to the venue for 82,5€ + 21% VAT. This means no need to carry the poster with you to Cadiz – simply collect it at the venue upon your arrival.
Keep in mind that your poster should have dimensions of 84 cm in width and 119 cm in height . The system supports both PowerPoint and PDF formats.
You have the option to either use your own template or download the recommended template.
Proceed to fill out the form, attach your poster and end the process by completing the payment.
The last day to request the printing of your poster is: 18 May at 23:59 CET
