Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly advised that at the time of registration for the Annual Meeting, delegates take out an insurance policy of their choice in their country of origin. It is recommended the policy include coverage for loss of registration fees through cancellation of attendance, loss of airfare through cancellation of any kind, and loss of tour monies through cancellation of any kind including airline or related service strikes, airline delay, or force majeure. It is recommended the policy also include coverage for medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, and any additional and repatriation expenses due to changes in travel plans. The Organizer and Secretariat cannot be held responsible for delegates who fail to arrange insurance.
