ISBNPA Membership

Registration to attend the 2022 Annual Meeting will offer you an opportunity to renew your existing ISBNPA membership or become a new member.

As a member of ISBNPA, you will receive all benefits such as:

Pre-Conference Workshops

During the registration process, you will be able to register for one of the workshops taking place on May 18. The list of workshops and prices will be made available soon. 

Annual Meeting Rates 

All fees will be in US Dollars.

Please note that the membership ends on December 31 each year, so if you paid for your membership registering for XChange 2021, and you have not renewed your membership in late 2021,  your membership has expired. 

Delegates who renewed their ISBNPA Membership (starting November 2021) will be able to choose a member registration rate.

Delegates who have not renewed their membership will be paying a non-member registration rate which will include the 2022 ISBNPA Membership.

Early Birds rates will be available until April 2, 2022.

In order to receive the student registration rate, you will be required to provide a proof that you are a student (full or part-time in undergraduate or graduate degree programs, up to 12 months after the date of their doctoral degree).

The proof (e.g. a copy of your student card showing photo, name and card expiry date) needs to be uploaded during the registration process. 

You are eligible to register as a delegate from a low or low- middle income country if you currently live and study or work in a low or low-middle income country as recognized by the World Bank (click here to see the list).  If you live and study or work in a high-income country and are funded by an institution in a low or low-middle income country you are also eligible to register at the LMIC rate. 

In order to receive LOW or LOW-MEDIUM Income country registration rate, you will be required to provide a proof of your nationality.

Please upload a copy of your ID (showing photo, name and nationality) during registration process for verification.

If you require an invitation letter in order to obtain a visa, please note that you must be fully registered and have received a confirmation of payment before the invitation letter can be emited. Please be advised that for payment by bank transfer or cheque, the Secretariat requires 2-3 business days to process your request.

It is recommended that you start your visa application at least 12 weeks before the conference.

Cancellations are permitted until April 2nd, 2022. Registrants will receive a full refund less a USD $100 administrative fee.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Venue West no later than April 2nd, 2022 by emailing [email protected]. Registrants wishing to cancel after April 2nd 2022 will not be eligible for any refund. Substitutions from the same organization are permitted and must be submitted in writing to the same email address as above. 

Registration paid with credit card is a preferred method and results in an instant confirmation of a delegate attendance. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa. All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Venue West Conference Services. 

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Annual Meeting and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Canada, failure to utilize tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered.

Venue West and ISBNPA cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
