Registration fees are in USD. Full-conference and single-day registration fees include delegate materials, breakfasts, lunches, health breaks, and admission to sessions, posters, and exhibits. Pre-conference workshops, social functions, and other activities are available for purchase.

ISBNPA membership expires at the end of each calendar year (December 31). Non-member registration rates include ISBNPA membership for the remaining 2024 calendar year. (This does not apply to single-day rates and non-member student rates).

Student registration and accommodation rates are granted to delegates who upload a copy of a valid student ID. Upper-middle income country and lower-middle & low-income country rates (as recognized by the World Bank Country and Lending Groups Classification) are granted to delegates who upload a copy of a valid government ID. (If delegates are funded by an institution in an upper-middle, lower-middle, or low-income country, they may register under the upper-middle or lower-middle & low-income country rates if they upload a letter from the institution they received funding from).

Only fully completed online registration forms are accepted. The registration fee category is not confirmed until full payment is received. (Should the Early Bird Registration deadline be missed, the Standard Registration fee category will apply).

Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), bank transfer, or check. Currency exchange charges, bank collection fees and credit card chargebacks are the responsibility of the delegate.

Credit card is the preferred method of payment and results in an instant confirmation of registration. All transactions by credit card will appear on the delegate’s statement as a payment to ISBNPA.

Delegates wishing to pay by bank transfer or check will receive an invoice containing payment instructions in their registration confirmation email. Invoices are payable within 21 days of receipt, or before the first day of the Annual Meeting if the registration date is less than 30 days prior. Delegates must include their name, ‘ISBNPA 2024’, and invoice number on their bank transfer or check payment. Proof of the bank transfer or check payment must be submitted via email (registration[at]isbnpa.org) to the Secretariat.

Registration cancellations are permitted until 23:59 Central Standard Time on Friday, April 12, 2024. Delegates will receive a full refund less a USD $75 administrative fee. Cancellations must be submitted via email (registration[at]isbnpa.org) to the Secretariat. If payment was made by bank transfer or check, the email must include all the information and instructions required for the refund to be remitted. Delegates who cancel after the cancellation deadline are ineligible for a refund, however, transfer of registration is permitted until 23:59 Central Standard Time on Friday, May 17, 2024.

Delegates wishing to transfer their registration to another person must submit their registration ID along with the name and contact details of their replacement via email (registration[at]isbnpa.org) to the Secretariat no later than 23:59 Central Standard Time on Friday, May 17, 2024. (This transfer of registration policy does not apply to sponsors and exhibitors).

A Certificate of Attendance will be provided after the Annual Meeting. Continuing Education Credits will not be granted for this Annual Meeting.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly advised that at the time of registration for the Annual Meeting, delegates take out an insurance policy of their choice in their country of origin. It is recommended the policy include coverage for loss of registration fees through cancellation of attendance, loss of airfare through cancellation of any kind, and loss of tour monies through cancellation of any kind including airline or related service strikes, airline delay, or force majeure. It is recommended the policy also include coverage for medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, and any additional and repatriation expenses due to changes in travel plans. The Organizer and Secretariat cannot be held responsible for delegates who fail to arrange insurance.

By registering for the Annual Meeting, delegates acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where other delegates are present. By attending the Annual Meeting, delegates voluntarily assume all risks associated with exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold the Organizer and Secretariat and their legal representatives, directors, employees, agents, officers, and partners liable for any illness or injury.

Photography and filming may take place at the Annual Meeting for use in the press and the ISBNPA website, marketing materials, and other publications. By attending the Annual Meeting, delegates acknowledge they may be photographed or filmed for this purpose.
